Shipping Policy

Fulfillment

Our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful.
Typical fulfillment time is 2–7 business days, but may be longer during peak seasons or for certain products.
Multi-item orders may ship separately at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping time begins after fulfillment is complete. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type/weight, and carrier services.
We do not guarantee delivery dates.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to addresses provided incorrectly.
If you need to request a change, contact us immediately at [your email]. We cannot guarantee edits once an order has gone into production.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or unclaimed delivery, we can reship it at your request. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays due to customs are outside of our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged/defective, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date if lost) at [your email].
Please include your order number and photos of the issue/packaging when applicable.
Approved replacements/refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
